Debra A Kagawa-Yogi has been practicing law for more than 30 years. Her training and experience includes working as a Personnel Management Specialist for the County of Kauai, Department of Personnel; Deputy Corporation Counsel with the City and County of Honolulu; attorney with the Law Offices of Michael Jay Green; Union Agent and Deputy Executive Director for the Hawaii Government Employees Association (HGEA), and as solo practitioner. Most recently she serves as a legal consultant, trainer and arbitrator.
